We will be performing network maintenance between August 4th (thursday) and August 5th (Friday). The maintenance window is designed to perform critical hardware upgrades. Due to the scope of work to be performed, it is possible that some customers will notice periods of increased network latency and in rare cases brief service interruption.

Maintenance Window Schedule:

Aug 4th 8.30AM IST - Aug 4th 2.30PM IST (US Time: August 3rd 10 p.m CDT - August 4th 4 a.m. CDT)

Aug 5th 8.30AM IST - Aug 5th 2.30PM IST (US Time: August 4th 10 p.m CDT - August 5th 4 a.m. CDT

Our technical staff has worked with senior management and consulting engineers to devise the most efficient procedures possible to minimize service disruption. Minimizing impact to our customers is of key importance.

These upgrades are intended to increase network capacity and improve network resiliency.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we perform these highly important upgrades to our critical network infrastructure.
